Covertly taken footage of a FEMA concentration camp under construction. Also featuring Black Helicopters and trains.

I don't know what exactly is going on here, but this is kinda scary. Browsing the sites directly and indirectly linked from this video really makes me wonder, "What if?" I flat out know there are people in this country that would use these kinds of facilities for nefarious purposes. My concern is about how much power the wield. Our government is a mess and bad people with evil intentions do hold positions of great (though maybe subtle) power. Those people may not even be "in" our government, but hold great sway over powerful people who are.

Some of the information I read on this states these are for emergencies such as quelling a massive illegal alien influx. However, seeing as we already have had that influx and these have not been used (or at least reported as having been used), why are they in existence?

Who are these facilities supposed to contain? Why? When?

August 7, 2006 - Update: Here is another article on these camps and plans for martial law in the U.S. The facts are disturbing. The players are even more disturbing. This sheds a bit of light on Rumsfeld's and Cheney's machinations that have been in progress for many, many years.
