To provide remote support access to your computer, tablet, or phone, please click here to download AnyDesk. Click the green Free Download button.

  • If you’re installing this on a PC or a Mac, note where you save the file.
  • If presented an option to run the file, do so.
  • If that option is not presented, double-click on the file to run it.
  • If any prompts ask you if you’re sure you want to run it, click yes/OK/run.

Installation on a Mac via Google Chrome browser

Download the app from

Note where you’re saving the file and click Save

When the download is complete, click the file to run it

When the file runs, double-click the AnyDesk icon to launch the app

When prompted by the security warning, click Open

Click Configure

Click the padlock icon and enter your Mac password

Click Accessibility and tick the box by AnyDesk

Scroll down to Screen Recording, tick the box by AnyDesk, and close the window.
